She is patient, focused, brave, and strong. She is spontaneous, confident in who she is, and knows happiness is a state of mind. She is gracious and gregarious, but instills solid boundaries to protect her heart and her health first. She sleeps and wakes on time. She writes each morning and sometimes at night. She focuses on doing good work over results. She focuses on doing her best, simply because it’s the right thing to do. She focuses on who she is becoming. She expresses gratitude each morning and each night for her gifts and blessings. She’s strong enough to say “no” and soft enough to say “yes.” She rises to the level of her character rather than sinking to the depths of her reactions and emotions. She treats others with respect — even when they don’t deserve it — because she knows the woman she is matters more than revenge.
