A Sunshine Soul and A Partly Cloudy Mind

Self-esteem. Self-love. Self-actualization. These are the values Sunshine Aura strives to inspire and celebrate, and I am glad you’re here!

Life ain’t always easy. We’re all dealt a different hand of cards to work with from the very start. And even when we feel like we’ve finally got the hang of things, the unexpected can happen, shifting us yet again off to another course. Finding balance and equilibrium can feel impossible. It’s easy for us to lose our way and forget who we are. Forget why we’re special. Why we matter.

When times are tough, many of us struggle to see the light in the distance. Looking past your immediate experience and knowing something more powerful is waiting for you, just beyond your sight line, requires faith. Faith is challenging. Faith requires belief in the unseen. Belief that you can do something you have never done before. Belief that you can and will make the dream happen. Belief that you are loved and supported, even when it feels like you are all alone and misunderstood. Belief in the strength living inside your heart.

On those days when you could use a little support, Sunshine Aura is here. I post articles, poems, and random ramblings about life weekly. Sometimes daily if inspiration hits. Sunshine Aura is inspired by the qualities held inside the quartz crystal from which it is inspired: bright, healing, protective, positive, joyful, and supportive when you need revitalizing. I’ve been through a few things myself in life, and I want to champion your growth in self-esteem, self-love, and self-actualization.

Maybe you’re like me. Most days, you feel pretty good about yourself, your life, and your community. Other days, you wake up feeling a bit negative, forgetting what matters and feeling impatient with the imperfections of the world and perceived imperfections of yourself. Let’s move forward and do our best together.

I want to personally thank you for being here to share in this journey with me, just a girl with a sunshine soul and a partly cloudy mind.

With love and respect,

Kayla
